01No accounts, no forms
The site takes no bets and has no accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, no newsletter and no comment box.
No form on the site sends data anywhere. If a page asks you to pick something, the choice is handled in your browser and goes no further.
02Choices that stay in your browser
Two settings can be saved: the neighbourhood you choose and the light or dark theme. Both are stored in your own browser and are not sent to the site.
Clearing your browser's site data removes them. The site will then forget your neighbourhood, much as the forecast forgets it is supposed to stop raining.
03No advertising trackers
The site runs no advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from outside font or image hosts, so loading a page does not quietly announce your visit elsewhere.
04The one paid link
The site has an advertising partner. Inner pages carry no ads. The paid link goes first to a short redirect page on this site, then on to the partner's site.
Once you arrive there, you are on someone else's website, and its own privacy policy applies. Read that policy before giving it any information. How the arrangement works is set out on the advertising page.
05Server logs
Like any web server, the one hosting this site may record IP addresses in its logs when pages are requested. There are no accounts on the site, so those logs are not tied to a name or a profile.
06No mailbox
There is no email address and no contact form. Since nobody can write in, no messages are stored. The about page and the method page explain who writes the guide and how facts are checked.
